Lunch Recommendations - MCO to New Smyrna Beach??

After landing in Orlando, we are headed to New Smyrna Beach - any suggestions for a place to stop for lunch along the way? We don't really want to go our of our way so Disney Springs will have to wait until later in the week.

Probably better luck on a Florida-based forum.

Look at a map. Pick some cities along the route. Search for restaurants in those cities.. Check for reviews (TripAdvisor, Yelp, etc.) Choose a restaurant.

Or just eat at the airport.
