lunch options at US & IOA

We will be visting US & IOA for the first time in 5 years this May.
Our kids will be 9 & 7 - looking for some ideas where to have lunch at either park. Any and all suggestions will be appreciated. TIA.

Thunder Falls Terrace in IOA is very good and Louie's is pretty good at the Studios. These are both counter service. You could also consider Finnegans at the Studios and Mythos or Confisco Grille (slow service though) at IOA for full service. Personally, we like to walk to Citywalk and eat there at lunchtime. It's a nice break from the themeparks IMO. Our favorite is Margaritaville.

Bubba Gump's is our favorite, but that is usually dinner.I really like the Nathan's hot dogs they have at the CS places at Universal/IOA. we also ate at Mels' Diner at US and it was awesome!

We like Finnegans in US for a sit down lunch. For IOA we like Confisco Grille for sit down. Then there is plenty of times we will head to Citywalk for lunch, it depends on our mood.

It depends on what you are looking for. We always like to have a nice sit down/table service lunch in the middle of the day. So...we always have lunch at Mythos is IOA and Lombard's Landing in the Studios.
