

While I did some walking over the weekend, I didn't eat right, so I'm considering the whole thing a wash and starting fresh today.
The plan:
1. Devotions

2. Vitamins
3. Water--have about 8 oz. so far
4. Exercise-2.3 miles at the park planned after Mickey's .5 mile walk.
5. Food--back to points. 1/2 eng. muffin (1), 1 tbsp. pb (2), coffee (1).
6. Scale--back to 182.

The weekend was relaxing and exhausting at the same time. It was great to be in my hometown with my mom, but during our visit, DD quietly told me that she didn't really want to go to her new school; she really wants to stay where she is. We spent HOURS talking about all the reasons, all the pros and cons of the situation, and her dad and I (and grandma, too) are now supporting her plan to stay where she is and bloom and grow there. I can't tell you how many gray hairs I've gotten over the months re: this issue, but maybe this long process is what we all had to go through to be at peace!

Now we're moving on. . .
And I AM moving on. I've got to spend some time focusing on my physical health again. I've gained so much weight over the last year. . .it's really indicative of the stress I've been under, especially at work. This summer is about wellness, and I'm going to go for it! Back on the plan TODAY!

Got to get my girl to school!
