Luggage transfer

I am staying at the Swan/Dolphin in Aug for a convention and then moving to the All Star Resorts. Will they transfer my luggage or will I need to handle that myself?

The resort will transfer your luggage for you! When you check in be sure to mention you are switching resorts and will need your luggage transferred. You will need to inform Bell Services (usually the day before your transfer) what time and what date you need your luggage picked up at your room to be transferred. Your luggage will be at the other resort (usually after 3pm) and you will need to inform Bell Services at your new resort that your luggage was transferred that day! They will bring your luggage to your room, No problems! We just did this 2 weeks ago from POR to AKL!
