Luggage Transfer Between 'Real' WDW Resort and Dolphin??

At least the last 3 days of our Jan. trip will be at Dolphin after starting out at a WDW resort, AllStar or maybe a moderate. Is there baggage transfer FROM a Disney property TO S/D or will we have to arrange this ourselves? I've read conflicting info on this and we've never split a stay before.

We split a stay Oct 2002 and had to transfer our luggage ourselves to the Dolphin. Not sure if the policy has changed since then though.

When I worked at Pop Century Luggage Assistance, we delivered many bags to the Swan and Dolphin, and also recieved bags delivered from the Swan and Dolphin.

I did it twice and had no problems. The Swan/Dolphin was very accommodating, as were the other Disney hotels. I let the Swan/Dolphin know when I checked in that I would need luggage assistance when I moved on to another hotel, and they took care of it.
