I read a book by a guy who was once Cher's bodyguard. He said she had her bags inspected once at an airport and she had a battery operated toy in one of them!

And here I thought I was the only one snickering at that comment on the TSA website!

Screeners can ask you to turn on any electrical device that they think looks suspicious. Just imagine what could happen if you're carrying one of those personal toys and encounter a TSA agent who is either really naive or has a sick sense of humor.

My office lets each employee laminate a dozen or so of their business cards to use as luggage tags. My business card also has my cell phone # on it.
