Luggage Question

This is our first Disney Cruise. We are taking the 3 night cruise on Thanksgiving Day. We are flying into Orlando from NJ the day of departure and paid for the Disney transfer to the Wonder. Assuming we put the proper bar coded luggage tags on our luggage, do we need to pick up our bags at the luggage carousel and bring them on the bus or does Disney pick up our luggage and automatically load them on the bus?
