Lucky #13 (NEW 6/5 PG.15 Goodbye everybody!)

Thanks everyone for the comments on our new shirts! Still trying to come up with our witty team name. Anyone? Anyone?
In honor of 8 days left, here is Jake's Jedi costume. I found a pattern on the internet and ask my dear Mom to make it. She grumbled and growled, but by the time it was over, she was scouring the internet to make sure it was just right! :rotfl2: She always fusses and then gets totally into whatever she's doing.

I think I'm as excited as he is about it!

This time next week I'll be at WDW!!!!!:yay: :yay: :yay:
Just had to stop by and do some bouncing! This is the kid's last day of school, so we will be partying all afternoon, pizza, movies, ice cream, the usual. Em is officially in iddle school now. No more little kids for me!
No comments on the Jedi costume? Come on, Jake is gonna check as soon as he comes home to see what y'all think. Not that he really cares, because, you know, teenagers don't care about such things, but you know, just curious..... (Teenagers are strange creatures.)

Oohh, very cute costume! Where did you get the lightsaber?

You're SO CLOSE to going!

So are you!!
Ok, the lightsaber, Jake added that in with a movie making program he uses. The next George Lucas, that one. Which is good, because I want a really nice retirement home, right next to WDW. ;)

I love the Jedi costume!! :thumbsup2 We saw SO many great costumes when we were at SWW in 2005 - it was a great time to visit MGM & hope to go again someday! :)

That costume is fabu!!! We will totally pick you out...if you are too shy to say hi will you at least give us the Focker symbol if we do it first???? Noone will even know???

That costume is superb I love the boots :thumbsup2

Have you thought of a name yet?

Thanks, everybidy! You made him smile!!
I haven't thought of a name. Still taking suggestions.....:)

I'm afraid I am not familar with this symbol, and maybe I'd better know before I start doing symbols at people I don't know....:lmao:

Can you believe those boots are Chuck's from about 20 years ago?!? Then again, looking at them, maybe you can.......

6 more days!! Tomorrow I can start packing. The suitcases are down from the attic and clogging up my little rrom, but in a very good way. After our second trip to WDW, I saved and got rolling everything. Rolling suitcases and a rolling cooler. It is always my goal to make it from the car to our room in one trip. Chuck usually messes me up by sticking a bunch of stuff in the car at the last minute, but as of now we have
Suitcase for Chuck and I
Jake's suitcase
Em's suitcase
Food suitcase
2 traincases
carpet bag
activity bag for car
activity bag for me
computer briefcase
rolling cooler
pillows and friends

Everybody is in charge of rolling there own stuff. I am so excited about packing! Now, how often do you get to say that!:woohoo:

Very impressive :thumbsup2

In "DisneyJo"s siggy is a pic of Deniro from Meet the Parents....next to that is a link....in Lime green click and be enlightened!!

Soooo - how's that packing going? And, I just have to ask, but what kind of car to you drive? Because that looks like a way honking big packing list (as opposed to a regular big packing list).

And, again, have to ask, but what the heck are you packing? Last year when we drove, I managed to get all our clothes in one super big tote bag, granted two of the five of us had pretty tensy clothes, and I am the queen of packing, but still.

Hopefully your pack mule will be waiting for you at SSR when you check in. :)

 :worship:

1 bag. Did I read that right? 1 super big tote bag? We take 1 super big tote bag just for my sheets, pillows blankies and towels cause I am a freak. You would be DH's hero!!!

Ok, now that I am done laughing hysterically and worshipping at the feet of the one tote bag queen, I guess I just pack the normal stuff..... We have an Impala and everything fits perfectly in the trunk. I have to be ready for anything. I'm the Mom, right?
BTW, at 10 pm this evening it will be 100 hours until we leave. :woohoo: I packed most of the clothes and medicine today. We shop for food on Tuesday so the food will be packed then. Tomorrow we'll gather the DVDs for the portable DVD player (one of our best investments ever!!) to watch on the road.
Em and I watched the planning DVD this afternoon and I had a good little cry. Better pack the kleenex this trip. I have a feeling, in the immortal words of Chuck, I'm gonna be squirting some tears.

Yeah! And I think someone's birthday is coming up :confused3 .... Do you have big plans?

my big plans are working! :headache: I am actually about to get ready to go for some Thai food with some friends today and then will go out next weekend for it also. I am sure on my big day itself I will have a cake at home...nothing too exciting last year was more fun since I spent it in the MK!!!!

I hope that your week goes by supper fast and remember to take tons of pictures to share with us!!!!
