Luck with riding EE?

We leave for DW Tues. and I was hoping to hear if people have been having luck with EE being open. If you have been to AK in the las week and it was open, please tell us what day and time it was open.

We just got back last night, me and DN! AK was open for extended hours on Wednesday Feb 1st. We were walking back from Kali River when a cast member sweeping up was telling everyone it was open! We ran over there and got right on with a very little wait!

It was a great ride and I am a rather reluctant rider, but I had to go on just to say I did!

When we were on our way to Kali, we saw a crowd forming at the opening.....we thought they were just seeing a monkey swinging from the trees!

We were there yesterday (Saturday) and rode it four times with only a five minute wait. It was open most of the day, I think.

That sounds like great news. Can't wait 'til March! Hopefully we'll get a chance to ride.

We were there Thursday morning (2/2) right when AK opened at 9am. We rode it 4 times in a row with no wait.

Seemed like it was closed around 11am or so when we were leaving.

We also rode it Wed. 2/1. They were supposed to open it at 5:00, but they were filming there so we couldn't get on until 6:00. A cast member told me (as a secret and I couldn't tell anyone) to come back on Wed. for the EMH to ride EE.

The guy at the rope kept telling everyone that the "official" opening was in April but he had this smirk on his face and he kept talking into his walkie talkie. We were thinking about leaving after being there for an hour but we were up at the front of the line by the rope and there were lots of people behind us. It was worth the wait! We rode it twice and there were all these cast members waiting for us after the ride to ask us how it was. Everyone was clapping and yelling. It was a great atmosphere! We felt very special to be a part of it.
