. I feel I should be able to maintain the changes in water consumption I have made since January. I will still need to be mindful of sticking to my Keto eating plans though. But now I really need to up the movement and strengthening in my days.

There will be a family discussion this afternoon - some changes need to happen around here and gaming is the top of my list 
DD and I are typically super close and these changes are difficult at the moment.
. (If it doesn't catch on, the next host can just bump it back!)
I commented that is because she had not been gaming - she doubted it - but her brothers actually backed me up and agreed and said yes it is - gaming is a big time-suck without you realising they actually admitted 
took all the kids for a walk on the beach yesterday afternoon - so I am already 1 walk for the week down
