Hmmmm...Alan Rickman studied "art". ;) ;) ;)

Birth name
Alan Sidney Patrick Rickman
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mini biography:
He was born to Irish and Welsh parents in 1946. He attended the the Royal College of Art; he wanted to be a graphic artist. At age 26 he won a scholarship to the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art where he spent 3 years. Started out in the theatrical version of "Dangerous Liaisons" His first major film was Die Hard (1988) where he was cast as Hans Gruber.

For a bad boys, I like Ares from Xena and Tir from Andromeda. :teeth:

I thought they did an *excellent* job casting Lucious! And I still think Snape was perfectly cast! Actually, I can't think of anyone they didn't cast perfectly!

But yes, Luciuos' actor makes an excellent villian! Quite handsome in that evil way. ;)

I am soooo glad I found you guys! This is what happens if you never just cruise around. Usually over doing just WDW stuff. Anyway....I'm so happy there is another Alan Rickman fan out there. I also would have chosen him over Robin Hood. And, yes, just love Viggo. I just sat there and drooled. Now, if we could get him over to Harry Potter. What a great Sirius!! Then I could have Kenneth Bannagh, Alan Rickman, Viggo, Orlando. Be still my beating heart. Thanks for the great thread.

Sorry, goofy4tink. I don't think Viggo will be Sirius. The entire cast is British, and Viggo is a Yank.

My vote is for Ewan Macgregor for Sirius . . .

Well Deb, I could live with that!!!! Viggo as Sirius was just a fantasy.

Welcome to the "bad" boy thread goofy4tink! We must all take solace that we did not have to make that decision, and Maid Marion was able.....

I'm fine with that, as long as they get Hugh Grant to play Professor Lupin. I think he'd be great in that part!

As far as Alan Rickman goes.....*Drool*
