I keep seeing little things about the Luau show I saw it a year ago-- has it changed since then the food...the show...?? Anyone know? Thanks in advance!!:D

I also added at the bottom that if anyone has any info on the BBQ for 2 adults... & the male adult, my boyfriend-- will NOT get up & dance Party Pooper!!! Thanks!:D

Yes it is a new show, but they still have the fire dancers and such. There are some reviews on wdwig.com - the food hasn't changed from what I read. People seem to love the Luau or hate it. We are going for our first time in January, on our last night of vacation. Seems like it would be a great sendoff!

Hi,

The show has been "revamped" with a new storyline and music from Lilo & stitch.

I believe the food it pretty well the same.. ribs, ,chicken, rice - but dessert is now a chocolate cake instead of the prior pineapple upsidedown cake.

We are going in August and really looking forward to it.

We just went in Early April. The Food was this YUMMY salad with some sort of fruity dressing, Coconut bread, and the most wonderful fresh pinapple that I have ever had.

Dinner was BBQ Chicken, Ribs, rice and Veges. The desert was a Chocolate cake that was "eh." I would have preferred more pinapple! :)

The show was good, and the dancing was incredible!

We went to the Luau last year... the show was fun, but it seemed like a lot of the same thing with different costumes- I would love the new lilo & stitch stuff I'm sure. But I didn't like the food too much- I'm not into the exotic food but the choc cake sounds good! Do you think the show is different enough to go see it again & still enjoy it- I wouldn't have gone to see the original one again but if it's new... I'm sure it would be fun. I LOVED the hoop dee doo- but we just saw that one- I was thinking about Mickeys Backyard BBQ- any advice on that one? thanks again!!
