Luau or Sharks Underwater Grill?

Hi,
We will be visiting SeaWorld in Febreuary. We are probably going to visit for one day. I know that we can do the second day for the same price, but looking at our schedule, I'm not so sure we'll want to plan another day... so... if I have to decide between doing the Luau or eating at Shark's, what would you choose? And if you choose Shark's, do you think it's better to go for dinner or lunch.

We've done both and enjoyed both. I just asked my kids which they would rather go back to and they both said Sharks.

I've never done the Luau before, but from what I hear, it tops any of the dinner theaters in the Orlando area.

I've never really had that great of service from Sharks, and the food is just average for the price your paying. Just my opinion though.
