Hello again...

I am having second thoughts about the luau....is it worth getting tickets for the luau the first weekend in December? Do you get your money back if it is cancelled due to weather?? I would love to see it, but am nervous that if it is cancelled, where do we have dinner??

ANY suggestions would be appreciated :confused3

Yes, if it's cancelled due to weather, you DO get your money back. I know this from experience! :) My DH and I booked it for our honeymoon (in June, 2003) and it was rained out. We didn't find out until we got there for the dinner/show, but we got our money back. I can't remember in what form, though .. it was NOT cash on the spot, so don't count on that  I could ask my DH (better memory than me!) and get back to you.

We were bummed about it being cancelled, though, so we rebooked for this trip.

Thanks mchelle77....what did you end up doing for dinner? I am nervous that we (group of 5) will not have anywhere to eat that night especially since you found out at the last minute?? :confused3

We went to the Luau in December 2007 and had a great time. The weather was fine (not too cold) and we went to the later show. Our 2 DD had dresses with a warm top and had a great time.

I honestly don't remember .. I think we ended up either on the Boardwalk for the ESPN Zone or DD for Wolfgang Puck's Cafe (which was REALLY good)
