It's offered with the AYCTE meal both at lunch and dinner. But it's not really cake. More like a thick cookie with ice cream and toppings.

Lunch is lunch. It is an a la carte menu.
Dinner is dinner. It is the AYCTE Platter.

I also prefer their lunch menu. If you can't re-arrange your plans to be there for lunch, maybe you can go on your next trip after this one.

I really enjoyed my lunch there two years ago. I had the pot roast and it was delish. This year we're going for dinner and I hope I'm not disappointed.
