Ok most of our reservations are not at the parks, and I'm starting to dread all the going back and forth.....I have LTT or the Plaza available for dinner on the day we need. Which would you recommend? We have Kona already on that day, and part of me just can't see cancelling that for either of these places though! Ugh this really shouldn't be as difficult as I'm making it LOL!

then Liberty Tree will be a better value. I would call it wholesome food and it's served family style.

The Plaza is more of a sandwich place, but it's close to the entrance/exit of the park which can be nice depending on what's next at the park for you.

I would prefer Liberty Tree no matter what if you want to dine at the park.

Also, at your 45 day mark (if you haven't reached that point) there will be some cancellations for other restaurants. Why? Well, that's when it's do or die time to pay off the balance of the trip and some people cancel their plans.
Just check the website on that day and see what you get.

Absolutely keep Kona over LTT or the Plaza for dinner.

Incorporate those out-of-park dinners into your midafternoon break plans. Park in AM, maybe a mid-morning snack so you can have a slightly later CS lunch in the park, then even try 1 or 2 more attractions. Then go back to your resort for swim/nap/chill out time. From your resort, go to the dinner resort and then directly to your evening Park or other evening activity.

I too would keep Kona over either LTT or the Plaza. Kona is wonderful and it will be a nice break for you.
If you decide to change, I would go with the Plaza. Even though it is a sandwich shop with delicious ice cream treats, I prefer it to the all you care to eat dinner at LTT>
Have a Good Trip

I also agree with keeping Kona...however, if you are going to cancel that one, I would go with LTT....good luck with whatever you decide....and have a wonderful time!!!
