Which one do you all recommend? I've never eaten at either of these places for lunch and want to try one on my trip in January....

anyone been to both? which did you prefer? :confused3

We did LTT ( but it was dinner ) and it was great. My DD thought the mac n cheese was just for her and tried to eat out of the bowl. Our waiter was HYSTERICAL and told DD if she didn't eat he would charge us double, then kept coming back to check her plate. When we were leaving she grabbed his arm and told him she cleaned her plate so no double charges! The food was yummy-she said it was one of her fav's. :)

my ticker makes me sad.

I have done the dinner there and we really liked it but I really want to know about lunch. We are on deluxe dining and I'm looking for a nice low key lunch....we will be going to coral reef that night for dinner.

I think either are good. I haven't had LTT for lunch though, but agree w/ the previous poster that dinner there was great.

We have done both. We did LTT for lunch for the very first time last year and DH really enjoyed the turkey lunch (potatos, stuffing, etc.) and I had a very good turkey panini. That being said, we prefer Plaza. Plaza has become a must do for us every year. Love the sandwiches (and we've had several different ones) and the Hot Fudge Sundaes and Banana Splits for dessert.

We've had lunch at both, and they are both really good. LTT has some great sandwiches and salads (The Tricorn sandwich is terrific), and their desserts are wonderful! The Plaza, though, has all those yummy ice dream desserts, and their Reuben is to die for. I guess it depends on where you will be in the parks at lunch time- really, they are both winners in my book.

One tiny thing to consider- Plaza does have some Main Street characters come in and entertain occasionally. The Mayor is a hoot, as is the lady running for Mayor and her friend, the newspaper lady. Sometimes the Barbershop Quartet even comes in to serenade guests. LTT is nice, but there isn't any chance of entertainment, unless you want to schedule near parade time, then duck right outside and catch it as it goes by- the LTT is a good vantage point for the parade.
