Forgot to mention what a great experience we had at this store, when buying our Grill! The clerk was very nice, and informative concerning the grills, and even went in the back to make sure they had the one we wanted available. We usually shop at Home Depot, which I cannot stand, but looks like Lowes will be our Store now! Just received a call from the Clerk (Mark) asking us how we Liked the grill! Home Depot would NEVER do that!

I would suggest that you call the store and tell a manager how happy you are with the clerk and your experience. I'm in retail and if there's a positive comment, we like to hear it.

Likely the only person w/customer service skills at Lowe's!
The one near me STINKS! I know they aren't all the same though!

DH swears by Lowes. He avoids Home Depot - only goes there as a last resort. In our town they are only 1/2 mile apart so location is not an issue.

We have to drive a little further out of the way, but my DH says its worth it! Home Depot is about 7 min away, won't go there no more!
