Lower end of normal for amniotic fluid?

I had the same problem with my 2nd baby. Little monkey gave me problems from the time she was concieved!! The fluid thing should be just fine, there is only so much room and if the baby is big then hey..makes sense. If the baby is too big, have a C-section. I have had 2. My first was 10lbs 13oz at 40/4. and the 2nd was 8lbs 15 oz. at 38 weeks. No diabetes, just big babies.. I asked for my 2nd C-section. It took me a little bit to recover from my first delivery becuase I didnt follow directions well, no problems at all recovering from the C-section its self the 2nd time. Every thing will be just fine and you will have a healthy baby to keep you up at night for the next few years. Dont worry about it, it doesn't do a bit of good. Congratulations!!!

I had low fluid with my second daughter. It started to get low around 28 weeks. I was told to rest and drink water like it was my job. It did help to bring the level back up.

However, low fluid can be a symptom of preeclampsia. I ended up developing this at 36 weeks and needed an emergency c-section. Hopefully they are monitoring you for signs of it. At a minimum they should be checking your blood pressure and urine for signs of protein at least once a week. Please watch out for signs such as headache, blurred vision and swelling. If you have any of these signs call your doctor and get checked out. I don't want to scare you but always better to be safe.

I am sure it was just an off week and you weren't drinking enough. Sending you lots of good vibes anyway.
