We were doing Atkins like this:
Breakfat- Eggs/Cheese and Sausage
Lunch- Burger patty w/ Salad
Dinner- Steak or Beef w/ veggies
And I dropped the weight off quickly
Now We do:
Breakfast- Don't force myself to eat this anymore, eat an early lunch
Lunch- Salad w/ all sorts of yummy fresh veggies, tuna
Dinner- Lean Pork, Chicken or Turkey w/ Veggies
And I'm not loosing as fast, do I need more "fat" in my diet... how weird does that sound. I read a post saying that you need fat on Atkins, but I thought you needed protien more than fat... help! Am I hurting my weight loss by eating the leaner meats?
(Blood Pressure and cholestorol aside, I have no problems in these areas).
