Or hot chicken salad? Two cups of chicken, one cup mayonaise, 1 cup shredded cheese, 1/2 cup slivered almonds, 1/2 cup of celery. Mix it up, bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour. Very yummy.
Or cold chicken salad with whatever ingredients you prefer. Roll it up in a leaf of romaine lettuce and it's a great dish.
