Low Carb show on Food Network coming next month...

George Stella, the former over 400 pound chef who was showcased in the Low Carb Revolution show on Food Network, will be having a regular show starting in May! It's called Low Carb and Lovin' It!

I will never forget the story of how he put his whole family on this WOE and how they all lost an amazing amount of weight. His son's story convinced me to put Michael on.

Thanks for the info. I was trying to get the site to send me a reminder (like you can do on the Discovery site) but not sure they do that. I'll have to put it on my calendar right this minute! The show episodes sound great and it shows you what recipes he'll be demonstrating!

We stopped getting satelite service back in December. The only thing I really miss is FoodNetwork. But I can always pull up the recipes to the show on their website. I CAN'T WAIT for this to start. It might help shake things up a little bit.
