Loved online check in!!

We just returned from a week at the POP. We had a great stay. I did the online check in. We arrived at the airport at 9:30am. While we were on the bus to the resort I received a text telling me my room was ready and what the number was. We had our magic bands so we didn't have to get to the check in desk. I asked for the 70's section and first floor and we received both. We didn't have to go to the desk to check out. They e-mailed me a copy of our bill on our check out date. It was very easy and saved a lot of time.

Glad you were happy with it ;-) We did online checkin for our 2013 trip, and I thought it was okay. Iguess I am old fashioned in that I actually want and LIKE the whole desk experience

So happy to hear about your good experience. I did online check in and we will be there tomorrow. I'm hoping that our room will be ready when we arrive. Will report back next week about how it went!
