Instead of spending money on Dee Vee Cee, maybe they need a public service cartoon on the DVC channel in the rooms showing a good DVC member, versus a bad one. One that cleans up after themselves, does not allow marking of the furniture, jumping on the beds, etc. Use the Disney characters.
Like those old cartoons Goofy used to do about driving.![]()
Good idea!! Know anyone you can pass that idea on to?Can't you just hear Goofy when he slips on the mess he made in the kitchen?

We have stayed at BCV several times and it is our absolute favorite resort! On our last trip this past October we didn't have enought points to have our whole week at BCV, so we spent the first 4 nights at BLT (studio) then moved over to BCV (studio) for the last 4 nights. Yes, BLT is new, on the monorail and close to Magic Kingdom, but that was about it for us. The Contemporary feels like the airport with all the escalators everywhere. Are the BCV's showing some ware... yes. Do the rooms need some TLC... some, yes. But the total atmosphere of the Beach/Yacht/Boardwalk area is fantastic! There are so many things to do there or nice places to sit and relax without stepping foot into a park. But if you wanted to go to the park, Epcot is RIGHT there! Literally a 5 minute walk. Hollywood Studios is just a boat ride or 15 minute walk. The Stormalong Bay pool is AWESOME!!! Our kids would be happy just going there most of the trip! LOL My mom has been joining us on our Disney trips the past few years and she refuses to stay anywhere else! I think if you go accepting ahead of time that your room isn't going to look brand new... because it isn't, then you will enjoy your stay so much more and what all the resort has to offer. The layout is great and we love that the Villas building is so close to the Marketplace to get a snack, coffee and refill mugs, etc. We seem to make a stop there 2-3 times a day for something or other.
), we have never had a bad experience. About the worst "experience" was early on when it wasn't uncommom for used room service trays to remain in the hall for quite some time, that was annoying and unappealing for an upscale hotel/timeshare, but that was about it.
When you have concerns about a room, you must *walk* to the front desk and talk to a person face to face, who can truly help with your situation.
