LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Kenny at Tee Time Golf Carts!!

Huge shout out to Kenny at Tee Time Golf Cart Rentals! We're coming into the Fort next Thursday evening. Some friends wanted to caravan up with us and stop for dinner on the way. I figured 7:30 pm would probably be too late to expect Kenny to deliver the cart, so I called him to let him know. I knew the kids would be disappointed not to be able to start looping as soon as we arrived, but it wouldn't kill them to wait.

Just got a voicemail from Kenny. "Melissa, don't worry about what time you get to the Fort. We'll deliver the golf cart to you when you arrive AT YOUR CONVENIENCE. Have a great day."

I rant about customer service all the time -- the critical LACK of it these days. Until we buy another golf cart, Kenny has our business.

I have to agree! Kenny bends over backwards for his customers. I would recommend him to anyone!

I have not met Kenny yet, but we are going to use 2 of his carts at the Fort in Dec. and he was 110% customer service, I had to leave a message and he called right back and explained how it worked several times. I am glad that many of you on here have great expirences with him enough to share them.

Compared to the price of a cart at the Fort, I was saving AT LEAST 40% going with Kenny......maybe more. I'm not totally sure if Kenny charges on a rolling 24-hour period or how it's figured, but I know he's MUCH less than what the Fort charges and IMHO, worth more than what he charges!

In full disclosure, I'm all about supporting a small business like this that is totally customer service oriented!

He runs about $230 for 7 days as of recent reports. Which btw, is more than $200 less than Disney's $65/day.

Came home today from Fort Wilderness (10 days) Got 2 carts from Kenny this trip. What a great experience! He is just wonderfull. I would recommend using his company anytime.
