Now we know why...Andy and his employess are amazing!!

We missed our connection to MCO, tried to reach them, but the card reader on the phone wouldn't accept our card:confused: We just hoped that everything would be ok....

The driver waited an hour for us at the airport, and when we didn't arrive, he called our home in Canada - got our house sitter, who gave him DH's work number...then called DH's boss to see if we were ok!

Left messages for us at BCV to say just to call them when we arrived.

So when we landed at MCO first thing I did was hit the phones by the gate...Andy was fabulous, and said he would send a driver right away. Because we only had carryons, we thought we would have to wait for the driver to arrive by baggage claim...nope. The car arrived just as we did!! :D

No problem to stop at Albertson's - we had faxed our order...we were at BCV LESS than ONE HOUR after touchdown.

Return to airport was great as well, driver was early for pickup, dvd movies in the van for the kiddos...a few more minutes of peace and quiet!!LOL!

So, all my DisFriends, please support FLTours with your business..they started our magical vacation with pixie dust...:sunny:

Hi there. Fellow Bluenoser here. Glad to hear you had such great service from FL Tours. We are booked with them for March Break. First time using a town car service. Can you tell me about faxing your grocery order. What kinds of things did you request? How does this work? Thanks for the help.
 
We are also heading down March 1st for our March break, also with FL Tours, and also with gorcery stop. I love the idea of saving time by faxing our order. How does this work?

Sept was my first time using a town car service so I decided to try FL tours for the same reasons as you.

I was VERY impressed with them and would use them again without question. Customer service definitely seems to be a priority for the company.
 
We are also using them for spring break-1st time. How do you fax order?

1)I went to www.albertsons.com and created a list using one of the online delivery stores, just to get an idea of what may be available
2)Make sure you indicate quantity, brand, size, and if you are ok with store brand substitution
3)Put your name, flight arrival time, and the car service name and number you are using on each page that you fax
4)check with the care service you are using if this Albertson's is OK with their driver
5)Fax your order 1-407-857-0132

We have used them 2 times and had great service both times. The first time our flight was 1.5 hours late and there was our driver waiting for us at baggage claim. We were so glad to see her. It was really nice after being delayed for 1.5 hours to not have to wait again once we got to the airport.
 
thanks for the report. We will be using them also in July. We have used Tiffany on previous trips and were quite pleased with their service but have decided this time around to give FL Tours a go.

Most, if not all reports we have read, have been positive for FL Tours. We are looking forward to using their service in July.:bounce:
 
What a great tip about albertson's.....I'm thinking of trying to do without a towncar next trip...and the only thing I woulduse a car for would be groceries....
