Lounges- Viewing ideas

Ok... I'm interested in any advice for the best choices for nighttime shows viewing (like fireworks) from lounges...Looking for adults only fun, non park. Best drinks? Best food choices? I know Trader Sams is it's own destination.... other options? Epcot fireworks,MK fireworks? Thanks

For quiet I enjoy Dahlia's. You can see the EP fireworks outside on their patio, it's not a piped in music level view but it's quiet and no ADRs.
