We loved the laid back atmosphere of the Poly & of course the monorail. But now that DD is grown, we find ourselves in WS most often. So just a short walk from the BCV & I'm in my "Happy Place"!

We're heading home to AKV for the first time, standard studio at Jambo Feb. 21-Feb. 27.

Headed to OKW in July, then SSR for Christmas, then back again in June 09. Can't wait!

I am a new DVC owner as of 4 PM today. I got 200 AKV points as a FANTASTICALLY AWESOME Mother's Day gift.

We'll be staying at SSR for Mardi Gras - 2/21-2/27. We gotta use those 200 SSR points by next May b efore my AKV points kick in.

I helped BIL & SIL rent some points, they are at SSR now. They checked in early & got a room in the Springs overlooking the lake! How cool is that?!

We are new members at SSR. We have averaged a trip a year for 8 years and finally took the plunge to become DVC members. We are from Houma and always drive because I always overpack. We have our first DVC trip planned for October because our school board just approved a new October break for next school year. We have been missing MNSSHP since my older dd started school 2 years ago and now we can once again take advantage of that great special event.

School board has said if they have to make up hurricane days those days will be the first holidays we lose. I guess if that happens my dd will just not be there I think having time to be a kid at Disney and spend quality time with dad and mom is important enough to miss a little school at this age. She is only going to be in 2nd grade and it is still easy enough to catch her up.
