I just talked with rachael at fidelity. She said she has about 30 or 40 contracts that just passed, so watch your email!

I posted this in another thread as well, but it bears repeating. We submitted to rofr with Fidelity on 3/17. they got in about 50-60 contracts today. i had not heard anything, so i called. they told me they are having email issues and some emails are not going through.

if you submitted during that timeframe with Fidelity, call them now. they close at 5 and you may be in the pile

3/17 and 3/18 are all coming back (in less than 3 weeks?!), we're 3/19 so should be on the bubble. I'd guess maybe next week for us.

I'm very happy with Rachel at Fidelity and how everything was handled. Wasn't happy with the first timeshare place I tried to use. So, I moved on and so happy I did.

Yes, I found out yesterday via e-mail from Fidelity that our VWL contract passed @ $55/point! I believe it was submitted 3/15. Congratulations to everyone (wonder if any didn't pass?)!
