Lots of points to rent for July, August 2004

I have three home resorts in WDW. I own at the Beach Club, Boardwalk and Old Key West and I also have lots of points to rent.
The advantage to you:

1) I can reserve for next summer now (and any dates in between now and summer that are available as well) and for any size unit you want.


2) You have three wonderful properties to choose from.

My price is $10 pp for Old Key West. Boardwalk and Beach Club Villas are $12 pp.

I found out from member services that I can also transfer points into any existing DVC account. This rule seems to have been relaxed for the time being.

Okay, I want to rent the points but I would like those of you responding to know I will not lower my prices, I will not rent 1 point at a time and most importantly I want you to know you will have an good honest person to deal with. Heck, you can even save on park passes to boot.

I'm a newbie to this process, but this sounds like an interesting way to stay at Disney...if you have availability. Question..down the line if something terrible happens..what if we can't go when we rented from you?

Go to www.disneyvacationclub.com and look at the properties and decide which one you would like and then look at the villa sizes and pick a studio, one or two bdrm. Your dates include a weekend so your points will be way higher than if you stayed from Sun-Friday. The weekend rates are roughly double a weekday rate. It may be worth it to stay the weekend rather than move. It is of course your choice. The number of people in your party usually determines the villa size. Studio=4,
one bdrm=4 and a two bdrm=8. Sometimes at Boardwalk you can get a studio that sleeps 5. In all acommodations there are cribs.

I hate to tie up so many points if you don't know or are not sure if you are going BUT if you do have an emergency you can cancel up to 30 days prior to get a full refund. After the 30 days you are liable for the whole amount but if you can find another renter I will simply swap out the points and their name will be on the reservation.
