LOST....*WARNING* Future Spoilers

Did any of you see Boone on Regis and Kelly this morning?

He said that in the season finale we would get a glimpse of the island's 'monster'.
No :( I missed him on everything. Thanks for the info. That would be interesting!

I can't believe Boone died! I thought, during the whole episode that he would live, and even after I died, I thought for a few minutes that he might still not actually be dead.

When the showed Charlie's fake death earlier in the season, I thought he was really dead for a few minutes, but I never bought into Shannon's fake death.

I still think someone else might die this season, and they just killed off Boone to distract us.

Maybe Locke will die, since it does look like he gets shot.

I liked Boone, Locke creeps me out a little bit.

This is who I wouldn't mind dying -

Jin
Michael
Locke
Walt

This is who I definatly do not want to die -

Jack
Sawyer
Hurley
Charlie

Sayid I like, but I'd kill him off before Saywer. I would never, ever kill off Saywer.

WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!! Boone not the only one to die, are you kidding me!!!! This show is going to make me nuts. Like I don't have enough stress in my life. :confused3

Someone mentioned a power play between Walt and Locke as to who the Island likes more. Now I know we have only had a minor glimpse into Walt's character and saw he seemed to have some strange power but since we have been on the island (non-flashbacks) have we seen anything unusual regarding Walt? The island seems to be very much influencing Locke and his actions, but I haven't seen anything like that from Walt. Do we expect more of that in the future?

Also, Walt is a child. Do we think it would really be a Locke - Walt power play?

And I think there are enough non-major characters that we could see one of the nameless ones get killed before the end of the season. But I don't expect another main character to die this season.

That was me that mentioned Walt & Locke's powers. I don't recall seeing anything involving Walt's powers while on the island (but I have a very short term memory at times). However, he did start the raft on fire because he likes the island and wants to stay there.

Right, Walt was reading a comic book that had polar bears in it.

Also wasn't there something about his dog?

I've been reading the boards for quite some time and wondered why nobody ever talked about this show and it's because I was in the wrong forum. Not sure that I have time to read over 100+ pages of the spoilers and theory threads though.

Has anyone ever thought that maybe Boone didn't die? The island has special powers. Locke was able to walk again, so why can't Boone live again?

So far, have any of the characters on the island come out as being gay? For some reason I thought Michael was gay until his flashback episode. Well maybe he's bi. Who knows.

Here's another Lost thread:

We use the above (linked) thread to have general discussions about the show and this thread for spoilers. The linked one is even bigger!

Several people have alluded to Boone making "other worldly" appearances. He pulled off the spooky serial killer look really well. I'd love to see him come back and wreak some havoc!

I don't know. I sorta feel that the ISLAND killed Boone, so I'm not sure if they island would give him life again, unless it's as something evil. I don't know about that one. I would realy rather if dead people didn't start coming back to life.

Sandy,
Something strange happens to my screen when you post. It doesn't happen every time you post, but every time it happens it was you who posted last. What are you doing to me ;)

ETA: Gay? Ummm, Sawyer? :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

The guys from Lost are on the cover of the new Entertainment Weekly with profiles of all of them inside. It's an interesting read with a few more "hints" about how the season will end.

I am on the Entertainment Weekly web site right now and I am going to post some of the spoilers. Just bear with me here I have to go from one site to the other.

Under Matthew Fox's comments

Least favorite conspiracy theory That it's purgatory. ''[The show] has a lot of redemptive themes which could be metaphorical for purgatory. But them actually not being living, breathing human beings? It takes away the stakes of life and death.''

Burning question Early on, Jack found some skeletons and a pouch containing black-and-white rocks. Explain. ''The black-and-white stones have been a recurring theme in the show,'' says executive producer Damon Lindelof (e.g., Locke's favorite board game, backgammon, and the mysterious Black Rock). ''We know who those skeletons are, what their story was, and what they were doing with those stones. But that's a question we won't be answering this season.''

Under Josh Holloway

Burning question Sawyer's backstory intersects with the Jack and Shannon/Boone histories. Does his pre-island life converge with any or all of the others? ''No comment,'' says Lindelof. ''But we'll see, before the end of the season, why he popped up in Boone's flashback.''

I forgot about that!! Hmmm....

Naveen Andrews

Least favorite conspiracy theory ''The most idiotic one to me is that it's a dream.''

Burning question Earlier this season, someone knocked out Sayid while he was trying to operate the plane's radio. Who did it, and why? ''You will find out within the next three original episodes, definitively,'' Lindelof says. ''They will find the person, and that person will confess to having done it.''

Terry O'Quinn

Burning question What's Locke's motive for keeping the hatch secret from the other castaways? ''His motive is revealed soon,'' says Lindelof. ''Everything Locke does he believes is in the best interest of everybody. That's all I'll say.''
