LOST....*WARNING* Future Spoilers

I was thinking maybe it was Hurley who would have something to do with the death. You know how he is bad luck! Not sure, just a guess. I hope not, he would feel terrible. :confused3

I also thought the orange tied into the woman in the orange that Jin turned around to check out and then bumped into Sun.

In one of the flashbacks...Sun wears an orange dress and Jin is the one passing out the champange to guests. They go in a garden or a gazebo and discuss Jin talking to Sun's father.

I couldn't understand what Echo (is this his name?)said to Jin when Jin asked him if he was married? What did he reply?

Sun and Mr. Lee were also drinking orange juice (or a beverage that looked very similar) in their first meeting :earboy2: :drinking1

I could be wrong, but I think he just kind of nodded his head. I like his character alot (they spell it Eko on the ABC site).

I think he shock his head too. I don't think he gave a verbal answer.

He said one word: "was"

Actually, I had the captioning on while I was watching because I was having trouble understanding him (TV volume was low because DD was asleep) - he said "Worse." He never explained what that meant...

Yes, but doesn't captioning sometimes make mistakes?? I can certainly see why someone might think he said worse with his accent but I still think he said was. Thats just my opinion based on watching it 3 times now.

This is a long one, but I can hopefully spark an interest in some of you. My hubby and I rented the whole first season and I had some things that I'd like to see if any of you agreed with. This may not be the first time these things are posted but I haven't seen them in the non spoiler or this thread. Here it goes...

*Is Claire's baby evil??? The psychic said that the baby could only be raised by her and it needed her care. This meant to me that the man knew about the island and that also brings me to the point that he gave her the ticket for flight 815...did he know that this was a way that she didn't have a choice to raise it?? Maybe he didn't want this child in the "real world" and knew they would be trapped on this island. Was there really no family in LA like Charlie and Claire were talking about???????

*What was up with Locke drugging Boone and the whole halucination scene. That was so weird.

*What words in spanish was Walt reading in the comic book? It said something about polar, I'm guessing about the polar bear. Another thing about Walt...I couldn't believe when he was talking to Susan about that bird and one flew into the window and died!!! When Michael came into Susan and Brian's house, Michael was standing underneath (directly underneath) a huge dharma symbol that was on the ceiling!!!!!!!!! We noticed that right away.

*So Claire went into the jungle and then came back with no memory. Did those people infect her with a virus now???? Or maybe she was given some other drug??? Why did Ethan want to take Claire??

*Is Vincent, Walt's dog, going in between the camps?? Maybe he is running to "the others" and coming back?? I don't know what significance that has though. Just a thought.

So am I the only one who thinks that maybe there are people who were on this flight that may have known this was going to happen or caused this to happen?? I have several people in mind.

Holy Toledo! We never noticed that, and DH freeze frames them usually for clues....thanks!

We still don't know why Ethan took Claire or why she doesn't remember anything. I guess it's possible he drugged her, but since Charlie killed him, we may never know.

I never noticed the Dharma sign over Michael. It's weird, that sign keeps popping up now. I wonder if it has to do with Walt. We know he has special powers and the Dharma sign was on the plane behind Walt and that was Walt's house.

I think Vincent may have powers too. Walt told Shannan he's a good listener. I think Walt communicates with him, but who knows.

Here's some spoilage from Ask Ausielo on TVGuide.com

Well, I'm someone who needs to be loved, so the Nov. 16 episode will chronicle via flashback the tailies' first 48 days on the island. The following week, violence erupts when the two groups of castaways merge. And on Nov. 30, we'll finally learn what Kate did to get in trouble. Oh my god, you're right! The message boards are going crazy!

This is from an e-mail I got today

Dear Frequent Flyer —

Greeting from the Writer's Room of Lost!

As we careen wildly toward the midpoint of season two, the Writer's Room is working feverishly to continue to provide you with the kind of "Lost" thrills and spills to which you, the viewer, have grown accustomed. Sometimes, that includes changing things up a little bit...

...now, season two is already rife with change - new series regulars in the form of the tail section survivors (or "tailies" as we like to call them - as opposed to the "fusies" of the fuselage section), new mysteries (the Dharma initiative, the elusive Alvar Hanso, the mysterious Desmond), and new challenges - but some of our more daring experiments will come your way not just in the stories, but also in the way we choose to tell them.

During the November sweeps, you will not only be seeing the death of a major character (and we're not telling who it is here!), the tragedy will lead into one of the most unusual and compelling hours we have yet to produce. We won't spoil too much, but let's just say that the intense inside story of the tailies and their trials on the island will be told in a way that will surprise you - and those of you who have gotten used to "Lost's" method of telling stories in the present with flashbacks to the past are going to be thrown for what we hope is a fantastic thrill-ride of a loop on this one.

Beyond the November sweeps, "Lost" is going to continue to find new and exciting ways of telling stories on the island. One of the more thrilling developments going on around here is that director Darren Aronofsky - the daring visionary behind such films as "Pi" and "Requiem for a Dream" - as well as the upcoming Hugh Jackman/Rachel Weisz sci-fi drama "The Fountain" - has just signed up to direct an episode of "Lost..." and you can bet that the blend of the mystery and drama of "Lost" with the visually innovative style of this maverick filmmaker is going to make for some truly awesome television.

Wanna know more? Here are the confirmed titles and writers of some our upcoming episodes...

"Abandoned"
Written by Elizabeth Sarnoff

"The Other 48 Days"
Written By Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse

"Collision"
Written by Javier Grillo-Marxuach and Leonard Dick

And there's a lot more where those came from - as always, stay tuned, and thanks for getting Lost with us!

11/02 - The ABC television network and sister publishing label Hyperion Books are taking the concept of product placement into a new direction -- by turning an imaginary product into a real one. Producers of ABC's mega-hit castaway thriller "Lost" plan to introduce a new storyline centering on the discovery of a fictitious manuscript that will become the basis for a real-life novel that Hyperion will publish this spring. The book will then be promoted as the work of an author, named Gary Troup, who supposedly delivered the manuscript to Hyperion days before perishing in the show's stage-setting event, a plane crash that maroons a group of survivors on a spooky island. The "Lost" novel, titled "Bad Twin," is described as a private eye mystery about a wealthy heir's search for his evil sibling. Source: CNN
10/24 - "There is a BIG KISS coming. Involving Kate and someone else. And it AIN'T Sawyer. And it's HOT. Not a dream. Not a flashback. Not a cop-out." Desmond will be back. Source: Kristin on E!Online
