Lost Ticket Question.

In 2011 as part of a package I purchased 10 day, park hoppers with water parks fun and more non expiring tickets. I have the confirmation number and the email from that purchase. I also have my ticket and my younger sons ticket from that purchase. At some point my oldest sons has lost his ticket. The tickets were first on a KTTK card and later moved to a RFID cards. He is at the parks today and tried to use a card we thought the days were on, our mistake. Disney worked with him and they did give him a ticket to use today but said they needed visual proof to replace the ticket. He should have one park day left after today and 10 plus days( water parks and such) left. Can anyone tell me what he needs to produce to at least get his water park days back.

The Ticket Sticky at the top of this forum explains the lost ticket ins-and-outs. Are you saying your son is at the parks, and you and family are not? The lost ticket procedure involves different ways to track back the ticket, such as identifying a group of tickets done together where they can research the one that is missing, or purchase info on the original tickets, or info about the original resort reservation, or info on the RFID cards that you have, etc.

See if you can gather info about your tickets, as noted in the the paragraphs. That might be enough to help. I believe your son would have to do this in person at a Guest Relations outlet, located just outside or just inside each theme park, and at DTD locations.

I have sent my son the receipt for when we bought the tickets. He has the credit card number, the original card was compromised and we now have a different credit card. We do have the other two tickets, just not with him, that were purchased at the same time, not the originals because ours were changed to RFID cards from KTTK cards. They are telling him that he must have the KTTK card to get a replacement??? How can he have that if it is lost. Or do they just need the other two cards from that purchase? I am so confused....
 

Send him a photo of the tickets you have in your possession. If they are KTTW make sure it is the front of the card or back if it is a paper one. Be sure it is focused and the numbers are visible.

The tickets that I have are in my Condo in Florida and I am in Tennessee. He is staying at the condo but it is a 35 minute drive from the parking lot to my condo. Guess this is something we will have to work on another day. We do have the other tickets but they are not in the original form, hope that doesn't work against us.
Disney did work with him and made it possible for him to go into the park today, so for that we must be grateful.
 
If by not in original form you mean they were converted to the new RF media that will be no problem. All the same information will still be encoded on the ticket.
