I didn't notice that, but I did briefly wonder about birth control. Doesn't seem like the island is the kind of place you'd really want to risk getting pregant!

Lost on me too b/c I thought about how bad they both must smell, how nasty their teeth must be, and how THAT would be the absolute LAST thing on my mind at that moment in time. When she started undressing Sawyer I yelled at the TV "oh, COME ON!!!"

I guess it has only been a few days. I was just surprised they have not even touched on Walt and Michael. I am not patient.

I totally missed this!! I don't remember being able to distinguish what the sea creature was. Were you able to tell in that same episode or different one. I missed about three episodes of season 2.

Guess I'm going to have to rent the first and second season to refresh my memory of everything.

He said "Shepherd wasn't even on Jacob's list to begin with." (or very close to that). So who the heck is Jacob and is he the guy that is really the leader. Ben claimed there was someone more important and scary than him. Wonder if that is Jacob and I wonder if Jacob is the guy with the eye patch???

That's all I was thinking about. Dirty, muddy cages, haven't showered in who knows how long, haven't brushed teeth....yuck! Not to mention no condoms...

It may be that there are two sets of Others, the one on Ben's Island and the ones on the Main Island.

Something happened on the main Island, hence the quarantine. So the Bennies can't spend much time there. Remember when we saw the feet of the ones walking by alst season, they were not wearing shoes and seemed to be wearing ragged clothing. The Bennies are nicely dressed and are wearing shoes.

The main island also has the polar bears and the monster. If the monster and the bears are being controlled by the MIOthers, then maybe the Bennies must be very careful.

If the healing powers are on the main Island and Ben can't stay there then he wouldn't heal. Remember Rose said she does not want to leave, she knows that if she leaves her cancer will come back.

OMG!!OMG!!OMG!! My DD asked me why the others didn't stop Kate & Sawyer since they had cameras on them, and it just dawned on me after all the discussion about birth control....The Others want her to get pregnant, the baby snatching thing! AAAACCCCKKKKK
edited to add: with all The Others know about them, they probably know when Kate's last period was and whether or not she's ovulating. EWWWW

Ok, I know that Danny guy wants to kill Sawyer. Is it out of revenge for his Wife? All of the other Others know that he is going to kill Sawyer. THey have no other plans for him so they will just let him be killed? No one tries to stop him? Juliet knows it's going to be done the next day and uses it against Kate? I just don't get this whole plot point and the reasoning behind it. Can anyone explain?

Some of you got sidetracked by armpit hair. I got completely sidetracked as soon as I realized realized that Kate's husband, Kevin, was the evil Caleb on the final season of Buffy and then I kept expecting Spike and Angel to show up. I didn't snap out of it until Kate ripped off Sawyer's shirt!
