lost ps # information question

I made a PS for a certain restaurant on a certain day. I can't find the piece of paper I wrote the information on. I want to cancel those reservations so someone else can have the space.

Does Disney have the information (i.e.) my name and can pull it up to cancel it without my reservation number, or should I just not bother with it?

yes, they can pull up the info for you. i have done that several times w/out the confirmation number. good luck!

tell them what has happened. They can look it up by your telephone number. You may have to supply more info like address, resort you are staying at, how many in your party and things like that.

I am sure thay you are not the only person this has happened to.
