Okay, I wrote down my CRT's PS number on about 50 pieces of paper so I DIDN'T lose that one. BUT. the paper with my PS ressie numbers for two restaurants has disappeared. Can I just simply call Disney Dining and tell them about it and get them again?

I was tempted to tattoo my confirmation numbers for Cinderella's breakfast on my arm, but just writing that one everywhere seemed to help. I guess I should have been as careful with the rest. :(

I've misplaced my 9 Dragon's and my Liberty Tavern ones.

If you're staying on-site, I think you can get the print outs at check-in. Someone correct me if I'm worng.

I called two days ago to confirm my PS's. She pulled them up and read them to me. Just call dining and they will help you out.

Don't worry, they can print them out when you check-in. I always ask them to print the numbers out for me at check-in. You'll most likeky find the paper somewhere, I always seem to put these things in some "perfect" spot and then forget where the "perfect" spot is!:) Call Disney Dinning and ask if they are listed under your last name or with your hotel reservation. Good luck!:)

We must have posted at the same time. If you are not on-site try calling the Dinning number and ask if they can find them under your name. I am sure this happens often and they have a plan to find them.:)

Just call Disney Dining and they can give you the PS confirmation #s you need. They reference your PS by your phone #.

I'm glad you got them again, but I would recommend getting them at Front Desk at your resort if you are staying onsite, that's what I did when I was there in Nov.

This is why the Passporter is invaluable with all their spots in the book to write things down and get them organized where they won't get lost. You won't regret it if you get one.

I put my PS #'s on my itinerary in a word document. Then I save it on both my home and work computer.

This is what I do. I create an itinerary for my trip with all flight, hotel and car info, as well as daily stuff (PS times and confirmation numbers). It just makes planning easy for me.

Buzzlady is correct. They do reference it by your phone number. I just did a PS last night and couldn't get my pen to write. The CM said just tell them your phone number when you get there and they will find it. I asked if I could just tell them my name and she said "No, just your phone number."

So don't worry. If you really think you need it call Disney dining and give them your phone number and they'll pull it up for you.

You can also go to guest services at any of the parks and they can print you out a copy as well :)

Thanks for the replies. I do have the Passporter, but obviously, THAT didn't help me this time! :)

I am glad that it is a pretty easy process to find them again. Thanks to you all.

I put all of my PS in my little Excel spreadsheet that I use for planning. Unfortunately, about a month ago or so, our hard drive crashed and I lost everything since my last back up - including all of my PS info. I was able to re-create most of my itinerary and determine which nights I had the PS for, and for the most part which restaurant it was for. But I had no idea what time any of the PS were for, or the confirmation numbers. So, I called Disney Dining to see if they could help me out.

I gave the nice lady my phone number and she was immediately able to give me two of the PS times and confirmation numbers I needed. However, there were two more I knew I'd made that she couldn't find under my phone number. I gave her my last name, and she couldn't find them under that either. Finally I guessed at the restaurants and the times and she put me on hold to research this. Well, when she put me on hold she accidently hung up on me. I wasn't sure what to do, so I decided to just wait until I got home (I was calling from work).

Anyway, when I got home I had a message on my answering machine from this lady. She apologized for hanging up on me and said she found the PS with a badly mis-spelled name and no phone number. She gave me the times and PS confirmation numbers in the message and assured me that she had updated the spelling of my name and added my phone number to these PS.

The moral of this story is, even the most lost PS numbers can be found again with a little help from Disney Dining. Just give them a call and I'm sure they can help!

Even though I record PS #'s and take them with us to restaurants, I've never needed to give them to a host or hostess to check in for a meal.
