Lost Photopass Pictures

We just got back from a vacation in Disneyland and purchased Photopass+ for the first time. Almost all of our photos are on our account except for one set of photos taken in front of the castle. I filled out a "Lost Photopass" form on the website. Anyone have experience with this? Did you end up receiving your photos back?

Ours were lost in WDW and it took them about a day to find them.

we had a lost set from one photo shoot at Christmastime ... they found the lost photos within 2-3 days. If they can find it, it seems like it is pretty quick. good luck!

On our recent trip, they didn't get a RSR ride photo on our PP+ but I had a photo of the pic on the screen and a visible number so they got it to me on the same day! Fingers crossed they find your castle photos.

We've had this many times both at DL and WDW. Sometimes they are able to find them. Other times, they are missing due to a camera malfunction or uploading glitch or error and they are lost for good. Hopefully they will find yours!

Thank you all for your replies! Haven't heard anything yet but fingers crossed! I was very excited to see how those turned out so hopefully they will be able to track them down!

I had this happen to me also. I called the 800 number listed on the case and talked to someone. I the day, what we were wearing, and the approx. time. The person I talked to was able to find them and load them onto my account. I had other questions too, so I just added this to my questions. I found them very helpful.

I've had missing photos twice when using photopass. Both times they found them and added them to our account within 48 hours. Goodluck!

UPDATE! Within 24 hours of filling out the Lost Photos form, my missing photos were all loaded back onto my account! Thank you all for your help!
