I'm organizing everything for our trip in early December and can't find the 10 day parkhopper ticket I bought for my nephew back in July. I do have one more place to look in my office at work tomorrow, but if I don't find it, will Disney replace it as long as I have the numbers from the ticket? I record them always as soon as I get new tickets, I've just never had to use them before to replace one that is missing. I'm sure the ticket hasn't been used by anyone else, it is buried in some wrong file in my house probably.

If i remember correctly, if you have the numbers on the ticket, or the date purchased and the credit card used, or if you purchased multiple tickets and you are missing one of them, they may be able to retreive the missing ticket for you.
Someone else may post additional or more complete information for you.

I left our HP tickets at home when we went in OCt. I went to guest services and gave them CC info and the person who bought them for us and they were able to print us new tickets. Call Disney and see if they can do the same with your CC#, when you bought them and your name and they should be able to help you.

I have better than the credit card info, I have the actual "seriel" numbers from on the ticket. I always record the numbers and take them with us on our trips just in case anyone loses a ticket. I've just never had to use them until now! I'll keep looking for the ticket but it seems I should be okay even if I don't find it.

Yes, you will be fine. DD's husband works in Guest Relations, and with those numbers they can reprint your ticket. In fact, a year or so ago he was with us when one of our party accidently left their ticket back at their resort. They were about to hop back on the bus when he said we should go to Guest Relations at the MK. Since their ticket had been purchased along with the rest of our party, the numbers were in sequence, and they were able to take care of it with no problem!

Recording those numbers is a very wise move!

Another good idea is to take a picture of the back of the ticket after you purchase it. Especially good if you have a cell phone with a camera, that way you can carry it with you. If you are bringing the tickets from home you can take a picture and email to a web mail account that you can later access if necessary.

We have a similar situation. The last time DD & son-in-law went with us to WDW was in 2006. We had purchased their tickets from Ticketmania. Before we returned home DD added the no expire feature to her tickets. Now she can't find the tickets. We have the receipt where she added that feature. Do you think guest relations will be able to replace those tickets with that receipt and their credit card info?

If the "no expire" feature was added at WDW, they may be able to track it. My dd8 has left her ticket in the room more times than I can count and DH and/or I just show ID and our ticket and they re-print hers. This usually happens when we are returning at night after a break at the room and she forgets to grab her waist pack.

It's been SO busy at work this week but I finally took a few minutes at the end of the day now to look for the missing ticket in my office and I have it! Yay, I still won't have to test the Disney records to get the ticket reprinted afterall.
