I've never experienced a problem getting bags on board. However, a year or two back, one member in my party (18 of us) was unable to locate a bag in the pickup area at disembarkment. We reported it and took off or Orlando where we had rented a house for a week. DCL was very proactive - turned out a couple picked up the bag in error and drove home to SC. DCL arranged for the bag to be picked up and FedEx'ed overnight to us in Orlando - and they even paid to do that!

We visited DL after the WBPC Repo in May 2008. There was a very worried mum & daughter at the bus stop waiting for airport transfers the day we were returning home. She wouldn't leave her luggage kerbside for the driver to load onto the bus - she said she had to see it in the luggage compartment for herself.

Turns out they had been on our cruise and had spent the first few days without their luggage as it had been left at the port. However, she said that DCL had been very helpful and had allowed them to go shopping for essentials. Their luggage caught up with them at our 2nd stop. :thumbsup2
