LOST - Last Season (NO SPOILERS)

I am very late at jumping in here for season 6, but I agree with this. Ben looked at him, and said "ok, I'm outta here"! Can't say I blame him, I am not liking Sayid anymore.

I was dying trying to figure this out last night, I bet you guys can remember. Why was Sayid in Australia originally? I remember why everyone else was there, but we could not recall his original purpose in Australia.

Thanks!

The feds (?) had him infiltrate some terrorist cell over in Australia. They told him that if he did it, that they would tell him where Nadia was.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! :worship::worship:
I totally remember now!!

I thought of you when I saw him!! lmao I told my husband, "Oooo that's Keamy and I only remember that cuz someone from the dis has his pic in their signature!" :rotfl:

Yep, I said the same thing to my DH last night too: there's a person on the DIS who loves Keamy and they're going to be so happy to see him again!:happytv: And then WHAM! Keamy's dead again.:scared1:

Somehow, I think the key to reaching Claire (who Claire used to be, at least) is Charlie's ring -- currently in the possession of Sun.

I'm not remembering this, how did Sun get Charlie's ring?

Our thread is so slow this season, where is everyone?!?

I'm not remembering this, how did Sun get Charlie's ring?
As Fake Locke was leading the group of Ajira 316 survivors across the island on their way to the big four-toed foot, they stopped at the original Oceanic 815 survivors' beach camp to rest. While there, Sun looked around a bit. When she found and righted Aaron's crib (made for Claire by John Locke), the ring slipped out of the blanket and caught Sun's eye. That's where Charlie left the ring for Claire and Aaron, just before he departed for his fateful dive to the Looking Glass.

Wow, I missed that completely. I saw her find something, but had NO idea what it was. Thanks!!!

OK, I remember now. Thanks!

Not sure he will -- I believe Sawyer is running a long con on Old Smokey.

I don't think Sawyer will become one of Locke's followers, but I think we're going to see him physically with Locke's group again. Another Kate/Sawyer re-union.

I think you're right that the ring will be important. I also think Sawyer will end up involved in the Claire situation as he was the one who gave Aaron to Kate.

I think Sawyer's going to do something again that is against his supposed only looking out for himself attitude. Kinda like when he jumped out of the helicopter to make sure his friends made it to the boat.

Just an observation but did'nt it look like Keamy was wearing the watch that Jin was supposed to be delivering to someone in LA for Jin's father? Could Mr. Paik have sent him there for Keamy to deal with in some way?

I ask this because I am really starting to think that the two timelines are very dependent on one another and what happens in the alt timeline has influences from the island timeline.

my question....so at the beginning of the season..Lock does his smoke monster thing in front of Ben and afterwards says to Ben " I am sorry you had to see me like that"

Now remember the episode where after Bens daughter is killed? Ben releases the smoke monster on the commandos.

So why would Ben be surprised to see the smoke monster? Or maybe he didnt realize that fake Locke was the smoke monster?

Hmmmm great thought Shutterbug. I also hope they will touch upon why Ben says "They didnt play by the rules" when his daughter was killed. Seriously, you almost have to watch the entire series again to remember anything. :lmao:

I DID watch the whole series over and still can't remember some of these things!:lmao:

Speaking of watching it again, which we are, has anyone addressed the plane that Kate robbed the bank for?
She went through a lot of trouble-twice, to get that thing back.
Sorry if I missed it if you did talk about it. Thanks :goodvibes

Do you mean, why did she want it so badly?

It was an artifact of her relationship with her childhood sweetheart, Tom Brennan. It was in a time capsule the two buried as children, which they dug up as adults -- shortly before Tom was killed by a police officer's bullet (he was in the wrong place at the wrong time) as Kate tried to escape the hospital after seeing her mother.

Another Kate/Sawyer re-union.
:scared1: Don't say that!!! She can have crybaby Jack.

Yeah, I have watched that scene a few times and have yet to notice his wrist. :rotfl2: So, I went back and re watched it again. Oh, the things we do for our Disfriends. :rolleyes1

Yes, he was wearing a watch on his left wrist, however it was difficult to tell anything about it. Seeing as how Jin was there, I'm going to guess it was the same one. Not sure though that Keamy was the intended recipient of the watch as he seems to be the type to just take what he wants without asking for permission first.

Thanks. Yup, I remember the why. I guess I wonder if that plane will have any significance in the final picture.

Wow, what a great site that lostpedia is! Very helpful. I am interested to see how it plays out or if it plays out at the end. Thanks!:goodvibes

Except for Ben, are all the people with unethical/illegal past behaviour with Flock now? Jin, Sawyer and Kate, which makes sense. Even though they may not have made that choice to be with Flock, it seems like the characters with the darkest past are all together with him. Not sure why Claire went off the deep end and is with him now though. :confused3

Looks like the teams of 'light and dark' are forming! (Miles has conned some folks out of money but nothing to the degree of the others, at least that I can remember.)

When did Miles con people out of money? He really does talk to dead people.

Remember he took that money a dead guy (druggie maybe) had hidden away...then I think he gave it to the dead guy's mom or didn't charge her for his 'session' or something like that. Just saying not exactly an ethical guy, but not on par with Sawyer/Kate/Said who have killed people. Don't remember if Jin has committed murder for his FIL, but he did beat people up. Seems I need to do some reviewing of past seasons too as I have a clear case of C.R.S. :rotfl:

EDITED: OK, looked it up. He charged the lady $200 in advance, stole the money (left the drugs) and refunded the lady $100.
