I'm assuming Jason used a Community Leader as the go-between in a large trade. This is exactly why I will only do this for friends. It's possible the leader crashed. Also possible this leader did in fact keep the inferno. If so, he/she should be reported. If somehow the trade went wrong, the inferno should have been returned to Jason and the other items returned to the trader.
I refuse to be the go-between for someone I do not know VERY WELL.
If this is what happened, by all means report it. Unfortunately, it would be considered a trade and most likely nothing will be done. Sorry.
Not having witnessed anything, I can't say who did what or what exactly went wrong. Just guessing.
