Hi,
I made all of my reservations 180 days out. I have all of my ressie numbers and everything. Called today to see if I could change one meal. Nothing available so I verified all reservations. They DO NOT have a Fastasmic Package for me, even though I gave credit card number and have the time and reservation. The agent on the phone stated that it was an agent mistake as they did not link and was in the process of helping me when we were disconnected. I called back trying to get the same agent and could not. The second agent looked at it and said that it was not linked and there was nothing that they could do. No availability. Is that fair???? I did everything possible to do this whole thing right and now I don't have it. Any suggestions as to where I could get some help? I'm going to call again and see if I get someone to help me. This is our first trip to WDW for myself and 13 DD. It is a special mommy and daughter trip. Thanks for advice.
