The comic Walt had was Hurleys, the one with the polar bear on it.

I noticed that comic too, but wasn't Walt's in Spanish? Or is that just my fuzzy memory? Or was Hurley's in Spanish too?

My head is going in circles with all the "Easter eggs" they put into this episode!! :earseek:

I didn't know what to expect but was not disappointed..Did you really think they were going to answer the questions?!? Heck no! They want me to come back in the Fall & I'll be there!

I bet your right about alex

who is Hugo?

Hugo is Hurley -- we learned that way back during his flashback/lottery episode.

When they got the baby back, I asked DS if the boy the lady kept talking about might be Walt. Yikes, I'm sorry that I was right. How freaky is those people taking Walt!

I wanted to see some hint of what was behind the hatch too. That's a heck of a ladder.

Poor Sawyer! Maybe shot and adrift. :(

I didn't get a close enough look but Hurley is Hispanic

so many more ?'s but only a few answers.
anyone else see that the steps in the hatch were busted after the first few?
i was wondering why the gorton fisherman showed up, if the boat was only a few miles (1hr) from the ocean. if they had boats, then they would have seen the plane go down. i knew something was fishy with those guys from the start.
its hella frustrating knowing that the people back on the isle have no clue what just happened on the boat.
ditto on the music. a cd of the songs would be great!

I definitely think that was Alex on the boat. What do you think is up with "the others". They kinda looked like raggedy pirates or something. Also, it looked like Sawyer jumped, but can't be sure on that. I am assuming some debris of the boat will pop up for at least some of them to float on.

The hatch! Where does it go?

Excellent season finale. OMG this is going to be one long summer!

Thank God for Tivo... I'll be watching this frame by frame.

And yes, that was a girl who tossed the malitov cocktail onto the raft...

That sure is a long drop down that hatch. Hopefully the show will come back early in September.

I thought Hurley (Hugo) was Mexican American so it's possible he'd be reading a spanish comic.

Hmm... Now that I'm looking at a freeze frame of the girl -- I'd swear she's older than 16, which is how old Alex would be.

She looks mid-20's to me, with long long blonde hair.

I loved the scene with them all boarding the plane. It was like they spend the whole season leading up that moment. I agree the music that they had playing during this scene was awesome.
And seeing Boone sitting there next to Shannon and her giving him a smile :(

It's possible they are pirates, maybe descendants of the people who were on the Black Rock. Jorge Garcia (Hurley) will be on Jiimy Kimmel live tonight.

That's not at all why I'm disappointed. I'm disappointed because EVERYTHING that happened these two hours was completely predictable. I like that there are more questions, that's not a problem... I love more questions. I just wished they'd done something surprising.. :sad2:

One of the things I have seen about the show is that no one ever asked Danielle how long she had been on the island, so she could have been there longer.
