LOST.Discuss the current episodes SEASON PREMIERE Wednesday!!!!

Ok... Looking at the object thrown on to the raft: It's *definitely* a glass tankard with two wooden bands wrapped around it -- much like I'd think a tankard would have been on a pirate ship (yes, I know, I keep coming back to pirates)

Well, atleast I have something to do over the summer. I have the last 5 episodes of Lost still stored on the tivo :)

someone else can confirm this, but i'm 99% sure sawyer was shot. jin dived in after him.
so how long until the message bottle comes onto shore amd the island people figure out what happened?

Yes that is what happened.

Wasn't there an article out a few weeks back that 2 people were to die on this episode?????
One would die and one wouldn't be coming back next season, but wouldn't necessarily die.
My guess, Artz is obviously dead and we won't be seeing Walt for a while.

Thanks for the clarification! Hmmmmm.........

You know what confused me about the Gordon fishermen pirates? pirate:

They were dressed like it was January on Antarctica (or May in Connecticut, considering how our weather has been :cold: ), while the Lostaways were fine just chillin' in their clothes like it was springtime in Jamaica.

Of course, again, that could be my fuzzy memories all over again. There was so much going on, my head was in 12 different places, at least. I should've taped the darn episode.

I'm re-watching the final minutes, what's the deal with Hurley giving Walt the thumbs up and Walt smiling like they've encountered each other before?

Also, Locke gave Jack a strange look when Jack boarded the plane.

AAAAACCCCCKKKKK!!!!! So many questions!!!!!!!

I thought they also said someone was being killed off in October, and this person was very pissed off about it and not wanting to come back at all if they were going to just be written out???

hold on . . i've got a pice of artz on my keyboard.
and was the monster invisible. kinda like The Predator?
and when locke was being dragged, it really sounded like the clank clank clank of a big chain.

the gordon fishermen were all bundled up. i do agree with that. but if you were on an island for a bunch of years, i'm sure that the first thing to go is the understanding that "hot weather = no jacket" is one of the first things to go.
on the flip side, it can get a little chilly on the water at night.
have you ever taken the DTD -> POR boat at like 1AM? that sucker's cold.

Yes, but I didn't post that since this is not the spoiler thread ;)

That was a great season finale! I was expecting more answers and big shockers...I don't think this is necessarily the "who shot J.R." cliffhanger we've been told it would be but it was still a nail-biting episode! I thought Hurley was hilarious - especially running for that plane! And then his one bit of supposed good luck turns out to be the worst ever luck ever!

Don't really put much stock into the thumbs up - it was kind of that you see a stranger they smile - you smile back. That to me was just Hurley being Hurley. As for Locke looking at Jack strangly, Locke looks at everything and everyone that way ;)

but how desperate did locke look when he was being carried. he was just like "shoot me now!"

and i really need to find that song that was playing as hurley was running through the airport.

:cold: Absolutely - I know it can get cold out on the water, but how come the Lostaways weren't at all bothered by it? Not even a shiver? No cuddling close for warmth???

Oh...sorry....it's one of those delusional Sawyer fantasies again....I keep thinking I was on the raft too.

Did anyone else think about Finding Nemo when the boat sped away with Walt and Michael was in the water yelling his name :teeth: ?

:wave2: Just jumping in here...so, Boone dies/ baby is born-----Walt is taken/ baby is returned.....gotta say I loved tonights episode!
