Lost annual pass!

My husband and I are planning a sort of anniversary WDW trip in September. The only problem is I can not find my annual pass anywhere!!! Strangly enough, my hubby knew right where his was (I have NO idea how that happened). The passes are already activated, so they should have our name and fingerprints (or whatever they have) on file. I just don't want to show up and have to purchase a new ticket.

Also, the ticket is listed under my maiden name, so hopefully they will take our marriage license as proof as who I was…

Has anyone else had this issue come up???
 
You might check and see if you have a receipt for it, or if it came through FTW send an email and ask them if they can help you. Did it maybe appear on a contract, even as a "0" balance? I had my purse stolen several years ago, and I just had to have proof of who I was (drivers license) and you might have a copy of your marriage license just in case. It will be under your address at the time of the purchase too, if it was on your contract that might be whoever was listed as the person responsible to pay. In my case that would have been my parents address.

My best suggestion is to call Guest Services in advance, maybe they can help find you in the computer and you'll at least have the pass number to help the process along of replacing it, and you'll know what to expect when you get there.
 
I know for the DL AP's, if you lose your card you have to pay a $25 replacement fee and that's it. As far as what info they need to be able to replace it, I'm not sure. I would suggest calling Guest Services and try not to stress too much. I'm sure they get situations like this all of the time. :goodvibes
 
You can go to guest services outside any WDW Theme Park or at Downtown Disney and give them your information and they should be able to pull it up and print you another pass. I've done this in the past without problem. Just have photo id with you.

since they're activated AP's its not a prob. just go to any guest services at a park or DTD with your photo id (bring an old licence with your maiden name to help with the confusion) and you'll be all set!
 
I found my pass!! :banana:

It was in a good place of course...it was with all the memorabilia I am saving for a scrap book. OY!
 
Whew! I hate that feeling when you lose something important!! But I *love* that feeling you get when you find it!! A big ol' sigh of relief! :Pinkbounc
