I seem to have lost my AP. It is loaded onto my magic band, but I think I will need to have an actual card to get discounts, etc. Does anyone know if they would give my a replacement since they can see on my account that I have a valid AP?

It's not on your magic band, nothing is. Your AP is on your MDE account. I assume your referring to losing your gold AP discount card. You can go to any guest service and they can issue you a new one

I lost the actual card itself. I last used the card in Dec /renewed it in April and can not find it.

Not a problem at all.

Just go to any ticket booth or Guest Relations with a legal photo ID, and they can re-issue you a new AP card, at no cost, in less than two minutes.

A lost AP is just about the easiest ticket problem to fix at WDW.
Relax... no worries.

Been there. Done that. It was my job to pack the APs before the trip. And that happened before magic bands and MDE. Since getting the bands, I've only needed the card to get my AP discount. :)

I was just there Saturday and did not like my MB ( it was bothering me) I went to GR to see if I could get a plastic ticket they said sure and se gave me another AP ticket in about 2 minutes. so as others have said you will be fine.

Totally agree. Back "in the day", I left my wallet in the car when we all went to the turnstiles at Disney World. I was the last person to try and enter and had no annual pass. I panicked, not because I didn't have an annual pass but because my photo ID to get the pass replaced was also missing. Husband came out from the park, we both went over to Guest Relations, explained the problem since I didn't have a photo ID but since husband's and my last names are the same and the passes were purchased together, I was issued a new pass right away. And that was "back in the day" with no Magic Bands.

So, just have your photo ID with you and go to Guest Relations (any Guest Relations or ticket booth) and you will be given a new card. Not a big deal at all.

Stop at any ticket window or guest relations (use the ticket window it's faster) to get a replacement card. Make sure you have your ID with you.

edited to add: They can look it up on your magicband but it's timely, throws off any new college program and there are times the system is down and they can't look it up.. Get the card, speeds up things, especially around free parking.

Awesome! Thanks! I am assuming I can do this at guest relations at DS as well since we will be there the day before we go to the park/check in to resort.
