Hi Everybody!
I was wondering if you guys could help me out on this. I've been trying to lose weight for almost a year now and so far i've lose 51lbs
but now, with 17lbs to go, I've hit a plateau
I'm going on holiday in 5 weeks time and I'd like to lose a few more lbs before then - does anyone have any advise on how to (safetly!) kick start my weight loss again? I exercise on a daily basis (surfing, jogging, aerobics, cycling, dancing, cheerleading etc) and eat healthily, so I don't know what I'm doing wrong!
If anyone has any tips for me or if anyone else is trying to lose weight at the moment I'd be really grateful for any advice or tips you could give me!
I'm determined to be fit and slim for my Disney trip next easter. I'll be running from ride to ride!
