cheers all

Hi mickmin,
I heard from another message that the best thing to do is to photocopy both your tickets and your receipt as those lovely people at disney don't really like to replace tickets without any prove you had them to start with.
hope this helps

Yes - I read the same as cool chris

It is the serial number on the ticket that guest services at the park will be interested in. They can identify the lost ticket and how many unused days you may have on it using their computer system and deactivate it - then issue a replacement with a different number. This stops anyone finding a lost ticket using it and getting free admission.

Alec.

This happened to me last week. I was in the queue at Epcot and realised I had lost 1 or our 4 tickets. We went to guest relations and the CM was able to find my ticket by using the serial numbers on the other 3.
He suggested I write down the serial numbers of all my tickets in future as it makes it much easier for them. He was really helpful and issued me a new ticket within a few minutes. We were lucky because if I'd lost all of them I'd have had no serial numbers at all so in future I will write them all down and keep them somewhere safe.
