Losing it with Jillian and Bob....

I want to lose 15lbs by the end of the year.

My goal is to work out at least 5days a week by doing my biggest loser and Jillian Michaels DVD's and depending on the weather walking.

Anyone want to join me??

I would love to join you! I am a huge fan of them both.Do you have 30 Day Shred by Jillian- that's a good one.It tends to bother my knees so I have to modify it somewhat.

Biggest Loser starts tonight at 8pm here, do you watch?

Let's set specific goals and try to keep each other accountable.I am also on the journal page and you can pm me too.

I like to run, bike and walk.I would like to lose about 15-20 lbs depending on muscle.More than 20 lbs and I would look sick and nothing would fit- don't want all new clothes- too much $ wasted.

Let me know- this sounds doable.

Yes I do have the 30 day Shred. I think I have most of the DVD's out there:scared1:

I like walking but unfortunately the cold weather is just right around the corner.

Just ran this morning.Starting Oct 17th I will be training for the Disney 1/2.Do you want to do weekly/daily weigh ins? What works best for you?

I will try to check on here most days- I have a new puppy and life gets crazy here and there.

Yes I did watch bits and pieces. Some pretty sad stories on there. I don't have a tramatic story for my weight... just lazyness and love of food.:rotfl:

I enrolled onto ww last night. I have previously done the program and have been successful. I could probably follow it on my own but I feel more accountable being enrolled and actually logging my food.

I have a yoga class tonight.. not sure if I will get to do anything else. I had my alarm set for 6:15am to work out before heading to work but its soo dark out and I couldnt get the motivation.

Since we will be going through this journey together thought we should know a bit about each other.

I am a 29yr old mom of 3 beautiful boys... ages in my siggy. I have been married for 8yrs to my highschool sweetheart. I work full time at a bank. I love reading, scrapbooking and my downfall...baking.

I work 2 days a week, 10 hr days and they change every week- worked yesterday.I am a RN in a surgi-ctr.so those days I can't exercise because I literally run all day long with only 1 -30 minute break- against the law we know but nothing we can do about it.

I am ugh-44 and have 2 dds.My oldest is a freshman in college playing soccer, my youngest is 16 and a junior.Have been married for 21 years this month.Also have a 5 month old puppy that is exhuasting me more than my girls ever did.

I love to run but also love to eat with no story behind it.Jillian wouldn't believe it but there really is not anything.

Going for a run today and my dd16 wants to join the gym- I also love to spin but haven't been since the nice weather- so we will go to check it out for her after school today.

2 teenage daughters... life must be exciting at your house :)

I went to my yoga class last night and it was soo easy in comparison the the Jillain and biggest loser yoga. It was nice and relaxing however. I do hope they get a bit tougher though.

Today is my late work day so I will do my bootcamp DVD once I get home. Then I plop myself infont of the TV as today is Greys and Private Practice night.

I have been good on my eating. There are eclairs in the fridge calling my name but I have not answered. yay me!

Ya life with teenagers is emotionally draining- give me physical work of little ones any time.I love the names of your boys- cute.

Ran 3 miles today and biked 3 more.

I am finding that knowing I am coming here to account for it all is really keeping me focused- how about you?

Thanks! I live names that arent all that common but not completely out there.

I am definately getting motivation from coming on here although yesterdat was a write off. By the time I got home had some dinner got the boys stuff ready for today and then got them in bed I was wiped and then of course it was TV night.

I am going to do my housework tonight and then my workout.
 
Yesterday was my workout day off since we left early for NY to watch my DD soccer game and did not get home until after 10pm.We took them to the Palisades Park mall while we were there to get her out of the dorm for a while.

Today I ran 3 miles and then walked the pup- of course the walk is stop and go.

Tomorrow being our weigh in we probably should have posted our starting weight on here for more motivation.

I am glad this is motivating you as well.

I took yesterday off too... I was feeling soo blah. I hope Im not coming down with anything.
Today I have done a ton of housework... that has to count right??

I am planning on doing my videos tonight hopefully both... my WI is tomorrow :)
 
Hopefully you aren't getting sick- alot of sinus stuff going around.

Wt on 8/31 on my journal was 168.4 this am 163.4, so it is working I hope I don't hit that dreaded plateau I always do then quit.Like I said being here helps at ton.

Yay! Congrats on the weight loss!

I completed the bootcamp DVD but never got around to the yoga. I was trying to watch up on the PVR so DH could get off my back :)

I did weigh in this morning and I lost 4lbs! Woohoo! Soo happy with that as I was not expecting it. I was a bit more lenient with my eating during the weekend but am back on plan today.

I will do my workout tonight. Hopefully I will get around to both DVD's tonight.

I am off to work now too!
