Losing it (the second time around) Comments Welcome!

Yeah, that's because there haven't been any:headache:. I won't try to make any excuses about it. Right now my diet is just not as important as other things(I know, I know.....I should make it more important). I am making sure to get my exercise in so that is one positive thing. My babies and I have been sick off and on and my husband has started a new job which makes things a lot more stressful than normal. In the coming weeks I do have the goal to keep to a "diet" that gets 3-4 fruits and veggies a day, plenty of protein, enough carbs to get my workouts done, and no overeating. That is my plan until the marathon is over. With the race out of the way, I plan to refocus on losing weight.
